The first issue of The Baltic Eye appeared as a four paper mimeographed black & white edition in early spring 1994. Among the articles were ophhalmology presentations from the neighbors around the Baltic sea; Eesti, Danmark, Ísland, Latvija, Lietuva, Norge and Sverige. This is what we received from Ivars Luksa of Riga....somewhat different from today.
